Going through the Child Care Aware® of Missouri CDA Scholarship Project gave me more confidence in my job and helped me to look at my program differently. I am much less stressed because I have acquired many skills that help me save time while adding quality activities for my preschoolers. I am thankful to have had the opportunity to complete the CDA through this scholarship. Child Care Aware® of Missouri CDA Scholarship Project has had a transformative impact on Amanda’s child care program. Amanda’s scholarship has not only helped her gain valuable new skills but also seen a significant improvement in the quality of education provided to preschool-age children. This experience has instilled a newfound confidence in her role, allowing her to approach her program with a fresh perspective. As a result, she is experiencing reduced stress levels and can save time while delivering high-quality activities to her preschoolers. The opportunity to complete the CDA through this scholarship is deeply appreciated and has undoubtedly enriched both Amanda’s skills and the educational experience of the children in her care.
