If you are an employer that recruits, hires, and wants to retain child care educators, then we have a strategy to help you do it.
Child Care Aware of Missouri offers scholarships that will assist your employees in their educational journey to raise the quality of care in your programs. The shared partnership between an employer and employee begins with sponsorship.
You can sponsor an employee to support them while working towards their CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s degrees. The employee will be confident, as an active, contributing professional while committing to the program for a length of time.
Our scholarships will provide financial assistance to reduce the burden of college expenses.
