Through TEACH Missouri scholarships, child care professionals can earn college credit hours or complete a non-credit bearing CDA (Child Development Associate) without the burden of overwhelming costs. These opportunities give educators deeper knowledge of child development, classroom management, and family engagement that are the building blocks of high-quality care and education.

As educators gain confidence and credentials, child care programs benefit, too. Staff retention improves, teamwork strengthens, and programs can offer more consistent, nurturing environments for children.
