When There's No Available Child Care

We know that COVID-19 drastically impacted the child care landscape in Missouri. Due to this and staffing shortages throughout the state, many families are being faced with difficulties in finding available care. When Child Care Aware of Missouri’s referral service isn’t able to connect families with programs that have availability, we try to help them brainstorm other safe alternatives to meet their child care needs.
