**Updated Security Measures**

In order to best protect your program’s account, additional security steps have been implemented. The platform used for the Child Care Referral Database has implemented Two Factor Authentication. This means that in addition to logging in with your email and password, you will also be emailed a one-time code that you will use to initially login. All subsequent times, the system will recognize the IP address being used as ‘safe.’ Here’s what that email will look like:

**What You Need To Do**

To ensure you receive the code that is emailed from the system, you will need to make sure the following email addresses are marked as ‘Safe Senders’ and not included on any Blocked lists:

- [support@worklifesystems.com](mailto:support@worklifesystems.com)
- emails from the domain @[us-east-2.amazonses.com](http://us-east-2.amazonses.com/)

You will also need to be able to receive emails from these accounts if you ever need to use the “Forgot Password” function.
