Early Educators Empowered to Support Families

Earlier this month, Child Care Aware of Missouri, in partnership with funding from the Community and Children’s Resource Board of St. Charles County, recognized 13 early educators from Inspire Early Education in Lake St. Louis and O’Fallon for completing the latest professional development cohort.

This training series focused on strengthening early educators’ understanding of young children’s social and emotional development, helping them to better support the families they serve every day. Through interactive training and individualized coaching, participants explored the importance of building strong relationships, fostering children's resiliency, and deepening their knowledge of child development—especially social and emotional growth.

One educator shared, “The training and coaching has increased my confidence as an educator. I loved the resources!”

We are truly grateful to the Community and Children’s Resource Board of St. Charles County for generously funding this professional development opportunity and making it possible to support child care programs and families throughout St. Charles County.
