CCAMO Director Earns Data Literacy Micro-Credential

Child Care Aware® of Missouri is pleased to announce Michael Austrin, Director of Data & Analysis, has earned the Data Literacy micro-credential from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.
Michael achieved this by completing a program focusing on seven foundational data literacy competencies using Federal Reserve data and earning a digital badge for each of those seven stand-alone skills and a final badge for completing all the competencies.

The certification through the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis means recognition of facilitating access to their over 816,000 data series from 107 sources. Michael completed the eight total badges with an average grade of 97.7%. A digital badge is an online display that acknowledges the achievement of skills and competencies through explicit evidence. The digital badges earned through the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis are tracked and stored online at Credly, which enables organizations to officially recognize individuals for demonstrated competencies and skills.
