• A Learning-Friendly Environment
  High-quality programs support exploration and growth through play, books, music, and age-appropriate materials. Children should be active, curious, and engaged.
• Communication with Families
  Look for providers who keep you updated on your child’s progress, welcome your questions, and share daily routines or milestones.
• Voluntary Accreditation Matters
  Some providers go above and beyond licensing by choosing to become accredited through national or state-recognized organizations. Accreditation shows that a program meets higher standards for curriculum, staff training, safety, and family engagement. It’s a strong sign of a provider’s commitment to quality care.
