How TOOTRiS Supports Child Care Providers

Child care providers across Missouri have gained access to new tools to connect with families and manage their programs through the TOOTRiS platform. By creating a provider profile, programs become visible to families searching for child care in their community, helping providers fill open seats faster and reduce time spent marketing their program.

The platform helps simplify communication and enrollment. Providers can respond to family inquiries, schedule tours, and manage enrollment through a web portal or mobile app. TOOTRiS includes program management features such as digital sign-in and sign-out, daily activity tracking, and parent communication tools.

In addition, TOOTRiS provides secure payment processing, allowing providers to receive tuition payments, including combined payments from multiple sources, in a single transaction. This is especially helpful for programs participating in Missouri Child Care Works, the cost-sharing child care program coordinated by Child Care Aware of Missouri in partnership with Kids Win Missouri.

As Missouri transitions its child care referral system to TOOTRiS, the platform will help more families find care while increasing visibility and opportunities for providers across the state.
