NAPSACC is Back!
Spring is Here! The weather is warmer. It is a perfect time to join NAPSACC.

Looking for ideas to increase children’s physical activity? NAPSACC can help!
Looking for new recipes or supporting picky eaters? NAPSACC can help!

The NAPSACC website has excellent resources to support your program to increase the health and nutrition of the children, their families, staff and yourself.

You do not have to do this alone! Your program will have an assigned Technical Assistance Specialist that will provide technical assistance through FaceTime, Zoom, or similar platform.  Your TA Specialist will give your program one-on-one support to help you achieve your goals.   Once you have achieved two of your goals, you will receive a gift card from the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to celebrate your achievement.

What is Go NAPSACC?
  • NAPSACC (Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment Child Care) is an online self-assessment tool created by the University of North Carolina.
  • The purpose of the project is to increase children’s physical activity and nutrition.
  • It looks at best practices for nutrition and physical activity for infants, toddler and preschoolers.
  • The NAPSACC has seven sections. But as part of the project, we are asking you to complete only one area.
