Grab your favorite crunchy fruits and vegetables, or try something new! Join the Missouri Crunch Off! 

The Missouri Crunch Off is organized by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services to celebrate National Farm to School Month. You can make your event a full day of events or do something more simple by serving apples or other crunchy fruits and vegetables at lunch or snack.

The Missouri Crunch website has excellent resources to help plan a fun and engaging event. Resources include:

• Link to the Missouri Grown producer database;  
• Lesson ideas and fun fact resources for a variety of audiences;
