Staffing always presents challenges. Owning and managing a child care business in this post-COVID-19 age presents new challenges in recruiting and retaining qualified staff. 

Earliest Impact: Human Resources will strengthen your employment practices to build a stronger and more sustainable child care business. Through three learning sessions, individual and guided technical assistance with an expert in the field, you will increase your knowledge and find strategies to implement regarding best practices in human resources. This is a unique, collaborative opportunity to network with other child care business owners and directors.   

All training and technical assistance sessions are virtual. 

Upon completion of Earliest Impact, you will earn:

• Up to 7.5 FREE, Missouri-approved clock hours
• 2.25 hours of individualized technical assistance
• A $200 completion stipend
• Free one-year Show Me Child Care Resources subscription
