Are you ready for The Crunch??

Don’t you love the sound of biting into a fresh, crunchy apple? October is National Farm to School month.  To celebrate, the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services is sponsoring the Missouri Crunch Off. The QR code to register your program will be available shortly, but you can start making your plans now for an engaging activity that will be fun for the children and families in your program. It can be as simple as serving apples or other crunchy fruits or vegetables at lunch or snack to planning a taste test of crunchy apples at pick-up. Your onsite event can be anytime during October.
