Child Care Aware® of Missouri Celebrates 25 Years of Service

Child Care Aware® of Missouri (CCAMO) celebrates 25 years of service delivery this year! We were incorporated in 1999 but received some of our first contracts to serve families, child care educators, communities, and employers in 2000. CCAMO was originally established as the Missouri Child Care Resource and Referral Network by a variety of early childhood leaders around the state to emphasize the need for one coordinated service delivery entity to better reach families in need of child care, child care educators in need of training and scholarships, and capacity building efforts to increase awareness of how access to child care impacts children, families and communities.
