Update on Delivery of Child Care Resource and Referral Contracted Services

Child Care Aware^® of Missouri (CCAMO) and the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) Office of Childhood have reached an agreement on a contract extension for CCAMO to continue to provide Child Care Resource and Referral (CCR&R) services to families in the state. The contract was extended at the state’s request. CCAMO will deliver state-funded resource and referral services through September 30, 2023.

CCAMO has held the contract for state-funded CCR&R services for 23 years. We are a first-rate partner to families, child care educators, and communities across Missouri who serve and impact children in their first two-thousand days. CCAMO will continue to be a customer-centric organization and work to minimize any disruption when the resource and referral work transitions to United 4 Children.
