Fun and Healthy Celebrations

Children need access to healthy food and physical activity to grow, learn, and thrive. Parties, birthdays, holidays, events, and other celebrations often include food low in nutrients and high in fat and calories. Let’s use these occasions as an opportunity to teach and promote healthy eating habits.

Make special occasions fun and healthy for the children in your care by using the following resources to plan and implement your Healthy Celebrations Policy.
