Split session on February 19th, 9:00 am -11:30 am and February 26th, 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Informed leadership is an essential component of successful owners, directors, and educators in early childhood care and education. Research links strong leadership skills with quality of education and increased positive outcomes for young children but this does not just happen, it is developed. Growing as a leader is intentional and formed over time.

All personal development directly affects the professional leadership provided in your child care setting. Live2Lead includes a discussion about the direct application of the ideas offered during the sessions to your leadership goals.

For those in the St. Louis Area we have a live and in-person event coming up on February 18th from 9 am to 2:15 pm at the St. Louis Food Bank. The event is eligible for 4 clock hours for Missouri child care educators and 3.75hours for SHRM members! Masks will be required along with social distancing.
