Missouri is once again participating in the Missouri Crunch Off sponsored by the Missouri
Department of Health and Senior Services. The 2025 Crunch Off starts October 1st.

To help you plan a successful event, the Crunch Toolkit includes:

- Activity ideas
- Tips for finding local products
- Recipes to try

Want to spread the word? The toolkit also features a press release template
to help you raise awareness of your Crunch event.
