Healthy Can Be Fun!

Go NAPSACC makes building healthy habits engaging and enjoyable with interactive activities, practical resources, and achievable goals that benefit children, families, and educators. Every small step creates opportunities to learn, celebrate progress, and build a healthier child care environment.

Healthy changes can be fun. Go NAPSACC (Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment for

Child Care) encourages child care programs to explore creative approaches that get children excited about healthy eating, active play, and lifelong wellness. From taste-testing colorful fruits and vegetables to incorporating movement-based activities, planting gardens, or expanding outdoor adventures, Go NAPSACC transforms healthy habits into hands-on learning experiences for children and educators alike.

Every goal your program achieves is worth celebrating. Go NAPSACC supports continuous improvement by helping programs take small, achievable steps that lead to meaningful results.

Along the way, you will receive practical resources, individualized support, and opportunities to earn incentives and statewide recognition—making the journey toward a healthier child care environment both rewarding and sustainable.

Registration for the October 2027 Go NAPSACC project is now open. Take the next step toward creating a healthier child care environment with free resources, coaching, and incentives. Click here to learn more and register.
