Go NAPSACC (Nutrition and Physical Activity Self-Assessment for Child Care) encourages child care programs to explore creative approaches that get children excited about healthy eating, active play, and lifelong wellness. From taste-testing colorful fruits and vegetables to incorporating movement-based activities, planting gardens, or expanding outdoor adventures, Go NAPSACC transforms healthy habits into hands-on learning experiences for children and educators alike. Every goal your program achieves is worth celebrating. Go NAPSACC supports continuous improvement by helping programs take small, achievable steps that lead to meaningful results. Along the way, you will receive practical resources, individualized support, and opportunities to earn incentives and statewide recognition—making the journey toward a healthier child care environment both rewarding and sustainable.
