Child Care Aware® of Missouri's 2022 Professional Development Vision Survey is an annual survey sent to child care educators across Missouri. This information is gathered for the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education by Child Care Aware® of Missouri to best assess the professional development needs of the early childhood and afterschool community.

The results of this survey will be used by Child Care Aware® of Missouri and others to design professional development opportunities for staff in child care, early learning, and school-age education programs.
