What Are Child Care Concierge Referrals? Concierge referrals provide one-on-one support to help employees navigate their child care needs quickly and effectively. Support includes: ∙ Personalized child care referrals ∙ Guidance on availability, options, and costs ∙ Help that reduces stress and minimizes time away from work Why Employers Are Using Concierge Services Employers across Missouri are using concierge services as a practical workforce strategy because they: ∙ Improve employee retention and stability ∙ Require no financial investment from the employer ∙ Are easy to share and integrate within existing benefit communications Who Should You Share This With? Employers are encouraged to share information about concierge services broadly within their organization.
